Policy
Terms of service
These terms govern access to Image to Excel, including the public website, the Chrome extension, and the backend services that power extraction and sign-in.
Service description
Image to Excel helps users extract structured tables from images and export reviewable results into Excel or CSV. The website now acts as the onboarding, support, and policy surface while the product flow stays inside the Chrome extension.
Acceptable use
- only submit content that you have the right to process
- do not use the service to violate privacy, copyright, or platform rules
- do not attempt to interfere with the website, extraction API, or account systems
Accounts and access
Some functionality starts without authentication and later requires sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your browser profile or sign-in method secure.
Usage limits
Image to Excel is currently offered as a free product, but the backend may still enforce unpublished usage controls, sign-in requirements, and hard service limits to protect reliability and prevent abuse.
Output limitations
AI-assisted extraction is probabilistic. You are responsible for reviewing extracted rows, columns, and exported workbooks before using them in accounting, operations, compliance, or any other consequential workflow. Image to Excel does not guarantee that every extraction is complete, correct, or fit for a specific purpose.
Availability and changes
The service may evolve, pause, or change limits as the product matures. Feature availability, sign-in requirements, and extraction limits may change without advance notice.
Suspension
Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service, comply with law, respond to abuse, or address security or operational issues.
