Policy
Terms of service
These terms govern access to Image to Excel, including the public website, the Chrome extension, and later website-based extraction experiences that use the same backend services.
Service description
Image to Excel helps users extract structured tables from images and export reviewable results into Excel. The product may offer both a Starter plan and Pro-credit-based usage, with website-owned pricing and purchase handoff surfaces.
Acceptable use
- only submit content that you have the right to process
- do not use the service to violate privacy, copyright, or platform rules
- do not attempt to interfere with the website, extraction API, or account systems
Accounts and access
Some functionality requires authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your browser profile or sign-in method secure.
Starter plan and Pro credits
The Starter plan is intended for limited use and may enforce file, daily-volume, or model constraints. Pro usage is currently presented as one-time Pro credit packs rather than recurring subscriptions. Pricing and pack sizes shown on the website are product rules, but final checkout-provider mechanics may be introduced later.
Output limitations
AI-assisted extraction is probabilistic. You are responsible for reviewing extracted rows, columns, and exported workbooks before using them in accounting, operations, compliance, or any other consequential workflow. Image to Excel does not guarantee that every extraction is complete, correct, or fit for a specific purpose.
Availability and changes
The service may evolve, pause, or change limits as the product matures. Some website areas may act as controlled placeholders until later workstreams activate them.
Suspension
Access may be limited or suspended to protect the service, comply with law, respond to abuse, or address billing, security, or operational issues.
Purchases and future policy pages
If hosted checkout is introduced later, related refund, withdrawal, tax, or invoicing policies may be published in additional repo-owned legal pages. Until then, the current site should be read as a foundation and pricing presentation rather than a live card-entry checkout flow.
