Find and pin the extension

If Image to Excel is missing from the toolbar, click the puzzle icon in Chrome, find Image to Excel in the extension list, and pin it so the popup stays one click away.

Start with Select area

The main product flow is extension-first. Open a page, browser image, or PDF, click the pinned extension, and use Select area to capture the exact table you want before review.

Use upload fallback when needed

If the table is in a local file or capture is not the best fit, open the same popup and upload the image or PDF instead. The popup keeps the same review-before-export flow either way.

Sign in when prompted

You can start in the extension without registration. If the popup later asks you to sign in, complete the Hosted UI flow and return to the same prepared input so extraction can continue.

Review before export

Always review the extracted grid before downloading XLSX or CSV. If the result is not ready, retry from the popup instead of trusting the export blindly.
